Our team reviews claims within one business day. Approved claims get a store credit code by email.

Spend the credit

Use the credit on any listing nationwide. Vendor-locked credits are not allowed - shop where you want.

What's NOT covered

Live arrival means alive at delivery. Losses after the claim window, losses from buyer-caused issues (cold brooder, no heat lamp, predator), losses from buyer refusal to accept delivery, and adult bird shipments via non-USPS carrier are not covered. Read the full Terms.
